Live Animal Guarantee
- Health Guarantee: We guarantee that all reptiles and animals are healthy and free from disease at the time of sale. Upon receipt, please inspect your new pet immediately. If there are any issues, contact us within 24 hours.
- Returns: Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a sick or injured animal, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
Non-Live Animal Products
For any non-live products (e.g., supplies, habitat accessories):
- Return Window: You may return non-live animal products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
